Senior Steppers is a fun, free program designed to help seniors stay fit by mall walking. The program is held from 7 to 9 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Westfield Shoppingtown Mid Rivers. Prizes are earned for miles walked, and free blood pressure screenings are offered on Thursdays. |
