Streetscape Magazine hosts 2nd Annual Coffee House Crawl
Proceeds to benefit
Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital
St. Charles, MO--The second annual Streetscape Coffee House Crawl to benefit Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital will be held from 5 to 10 p.m. Saturday, January 26 beginning on Main Street in St. Charles. Participating coffee houses include Main Street Bread Company, Picasso's on Main Street, the Crooked Tree (First Capitol Drive), It's a Grind (Elm Street), Java G's (Hwy. 94), and Domain Street Wine Bar (New Town).
Java enthusiasts can participate by purchasing a t-shirt for $15 from the Streetscape Magazine office located at 223 Historic Main Street or at any of the participating coffee houses. T-shirts will serve as a participant's ticket the night of the event and will allow them to receive 15 percent off regular priced coffees. Participants also will be entered into contests at each venue.
Entertainment, such as the Silver Wings Band at It's A Grind, will be featured at each venue. The Silver Wings Band plays throughout the metro area and offers a great mix of oldies and country music. Of course, there will be no cover charges for participants.
A portion of the proceeds will go to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital's art programs.
The Coffee House Crawl will wind up the Fete de Glace ice carving event on Historic Main Street in St. Charles January 26. Those interested in participating in the Coffee House Crawl that evening can purchase t-shirts at the ice carving event that day.
